Soft skills for Hard Times?  What’s that about?  And why is Phil doing it?  Well, I have been running my leadership and team development company (One Step Ahead) www.onestepaheadtraining.co.uk  since 1996, and have worked with 109 organisations in UK and Europe.  I have been honing these ideas and stealing some of them from course participants in all the time I have been in business   You just need to keep your eyes and ears open to get a huge amount of useful and usable ideas.  So that’s it really.  I’m convinced that people skills is what will help organisations to succeed – whatever the state of the local and world economy.  We just need to embrace them.
